Danny is a veteran in the fitness and wellness fields and has been exposed to and trained by top experts. He is a qualified and certified Metabolic Typing Advisor, Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner, Holistic Lifestyle Coach and Personal Trainer. By treating the body-mind as a whole and recognizing that both the inner and outer must be addressed, Danny has helped clients to shift their paradigm of health and to achieve results they never thought were possible.
The most important quality you can look for in a health coach is someone who lives what they preach. Danny's lifestyle is extremely important to him and he strives to make every decision a conscious one. He and Stephanie choose the best quality foods for their Metabolic Type, do regular cleanses, support their bodies' with supplements, meditate and stay active with lots of 'functional' exercises.
Danny has enjoyed cooking ever since he was a kid and loves experimenting to create new and interesting dishes. While living and working in Morocco and Paris he was exposed to an abundance of inspiring dishes that he occasionally will try to reproduce. He also loves to hike and be outdoors whenever possible, especially if they can make a trip out to Asheville to tackle the trails in the Appalachians. Danny is also an artist and when inspiration hits him, he enjoys creating new pieces of art.
